1. What is the system voltage of this charger?

The RBC2115DS-21W supports both 12V and 24V platforms, which means it can operate in four different charging configurations: from a 12V starter battery to a 12V or 24V house battery, and from a 24V starter battery to a 12V or 24V house battery.

2. How does this charger detect a 24V input system?

The RBC2115DS-21W input side features automatic detection between 12V and 24V systems. If the starter battery voltage exceeds 16V, the charger will recognize it as a 24V input by default.

3. How does this charger select a 24V output system?

For non-lithium batteries: The output system voltage is detected automatically, no manual setting is required.For lithium batteries: There are two ways to set the output to 24V:(1) Set the battery type to deep purple on the charger(2) Use the built-in Bluetooth to connect to the DC Home app and manually set the system voltage to 24V

4. Can the charger’s forward charging start voltage be set?

Yes, it can be adjusted via the DC Home app. The adjustable range is 12V to 15V.

5. Can the charger’s forward charging stop voltage be set?

Yes, it can be adjusted via the DC Home app. The adjustable range is 11.5V to 14.5V.
