Return within 30 Days

You may return your product(s) to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Renogy.

  • Carrier damage/ warehouse mishandling

Can I exchange my Renogy order?

Renogy does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

What about defective or faulty items?

What should be noted when connecting the 50A DC-DC charger to solar panels?

The maximum solar panel input voltage for the 50A DC-DC charger is 50V, and the maximum input power is 660W. Therefore, ensure that the maximum power of the solar panels you connect does not exceed 660W, and the maximum voltage of series or parallel connections does not exceed 50V.</br> The upgraded version includes a Solar Adapter Cable. Remember to use this accessory to complete the connection between the solar panel and the charger after connecting a single solar panel.

How do I disable the "Solar Low Current Shutdown" mode on the 50A DC-DC charger?

The product comes with an automatic "Solar Low Power" shutdown feature for solar power. If you want to disable this feature during use, you can purchase the BT2 Bluetooth module. After connecting it with DC HOME/RENOGY ONE, you can disable this feature through the terminal device.

What size generator is needed to work with the 50A DC-DC charger?

The charger is connected between the vehicle's main battery and the auxiliary (house) battery. The main battery primarily gets its power from the generator. To ensure efficient charging, the input energy from the main battery side must be sufficient. Therefore, the generator specifications for charging the main battery should be at least 1.5-2 times the charging current of the charger, meaning the generator should be rated at 75A-100A.

We install this kit in our campervan builds here at Leitholm Campervans Ltd. Easy to install/set up too. Comes with a good installation instruction manual if you’re not 100% sure on the wiring. Links well to the smartphone via Renogy M1 and the BT2 Bluetooth unit. No complaints from us.

I use mine to charge my LifeP04 battery which it"s doing very well. Thankfully my battery has Bluetooth connectivity, so I can see what the charger"s doing.It gives a very reliable 20 amps. If I"m running my car fridge and that kick"s in then the charge will show 17 amps on the battery. At first I thought that there was a problem but then I realised.I can"t see the fridge while driving so it wasn"t that obvious.My car once had a flat battery and this confused the unit. I had to disconnect all the wires going into it to clear the fault light. I also wired it to a switchable live signal because I don"t want the leisure battery always full. They last longer if you keep them below 90%. My BMS has an on screen switch to stop the charge but, it also stopped the % used from working.

Overall I"m really pleased with this little bladeless fan. It moves a good volume of air and does a good job at keeping me cool. I love that it"s very quiet, so it"s great for my bedroom. It offers a good variety of speeds, ranging from a light Breeze to pretty strong air flow. The sleep timer is also great since it allows me to set the timer before I go to bed, and it"ll automatically turn itself off during the night and save electricity. The remote control feature is also great for my purposes since it allows me to control the fan from the comfort of my bed.I think it"s a good value for the money and I would buy it again.
