The AC priority function enables the inverter automatically switch from the battery (DC) to the mains (AC) and vice-vercer whenever the utility company takes/loses power!

1. What size battery cable should I use with the inverter, and is it included?

The inverter does not include battery cables as standard. Please purchase suitable cables according to your inverter model:

1000W Inverter: 4 AWG (approx. 21 mm²)

2000W Inverter: 1/0 AWG (approx. 53.5 mm²)

3000W Inverter: 4/0 AWG (approx. 107 mm²)

2. Is this inverter suitable for overnight caravan use?

Yes. The low-noise intelligent cooling system is designed for quieter overnight operation in caravans, motorhomes, cabins and other off-grid environments, helping maintain a more comfortable sleeping space while powering essentials such as fridges, fans and CPAP machines.

3. Will it fit under my caravan seat or side locker?

Yes. With its slim 92 mm profile and compact 482 × 220 mm footprint, this inverter is well suited for installation under seats, inside side lockers and in other space-restricted battery compartments.

4. Does the UPS function keep Wi-Fi and CPAP devices running during a power cut?

The built-in UPS function automatically switches from mains power to battery power in less than 50 ms, helping keep Wi-Fi routers, CPAP machines, fridges and laptops operating during short power interruptions.

5. Can I use this inverter with a 24 V battery system?

No. This inverter is designed for use with a 12 V battery bank only. Connecting it to a 24 V battery system may damage the inverter and will void the warranty. If you have a 24 V system, please choose a compatible 24 V inverter.

6. Will this inverter work with lithium batteries?

Yes. The inverter is compatible with 12 V lithium batteries, including LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, provided the battery system matches the inverter's 12 V DC input requirement.
