What is Renogy's Return Policy?

 

Return within 30 Days

You may return your product(s) to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Renogy.

Renogy will pay for the return shipping label for items that fall within the following categories:

  • Carrier damage/ warehouse mishandling
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Additional product(s) you did not order were delivered

For any other reason not listed, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Renogy will NOT accept returns with any modifications to the product as it voids our warranty. Any modified products returned to Renogy will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Can I exchange my Renogy order?

Renogy does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

What about defective or faulty items?

We stand behind all of our products. If the item(s) you received is defective or flawed in any way, please submit a case  on our online portal and describe the issue you are encountering.

Can I use this battery with Renogy app?

Yes. You can download the Renogy app and connect to your battery. Once connected, you can track present voltage, current, temperature, and more information right on your phone. If you have multiple Bluetooth-enabled devices from Renogy, Renogy ONE Core is highly recommended for easier energy monitoring and management.

Will this new Bluetooth version work with my old 12V 200Ah Core LiFePO4 Battery?

Yes, it is compatible with the last generation of 12V 200Ah Core Deep Cycle LFP RV battery. If you're unsure about the version you have, our customer support team is ready to assist you.

I have 4 Renogy 100W 12V solar panels. Will these work with this LiFePO4 battery or is that too much wattage?

Yes, but please make sure that your solar charge controller is capable of handling the power your solar panels can output. Do not connect solar panels directly to batteries without a solar charge controller. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about how to size the solar charge controller for your system.

Can this battery be used in series to build a 48-volt system?

Yes. Renogy 12V Core Series Batteries can be connected in series to ramp up voltage for a 24V, 36V, or 48V off-grid power system. You can also consider wiring batteries in series first and then wire sets of batteries (same models required) in parallel for maximum power up to 40.96kWh.

How many Renogy 12V 200Ah Core Series Batteries can I connect at most?

The Core Series batteries support versatile connections, including series, parallel, and series-parallel connection.You can connect up to 4 batteries in series, 8 in parallel, or 16 in the series-parallel connection. Batteries of the same model and similar capacity are required.

How long will the Renogy Core Series Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery last?

Renogy 12V 200Ah Core Series Batteries are capable of delivering 5000 cycles with a recommended 80% depth of discharge (DOD). Meanwhile, these batteries combine a true 200A battery management system (BMS), IP65 protection, and rugged structure design to brace for challenges wherever you go.

How to recharge my LiFePO4 batteries?

Whether you prefer charging batteries via solar, a DC-DC battery charger, or an AC-DC charger, we highly recommend a solar charge controller/charger that is compatible with lithium iron phosphate batteries.
