You may return your product(s) to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Renogy.

Can I exchange my Renogy order?

Renogy does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

While standard lithium batteries stop charging at 32°F (0°C), the Renogy Core Mini with DuoHeat Tech works down to -22°F (-30°C). This ensures uninterrupted power during winter storms, cold snaps, and freezing conditions when you need it most.

When might the 12V 100Ah self-heating battery stop working?

The battery’s performance depends on two key factors: outside temperature and battery cell temperature.
• Charging: Works in temperatures as low as -22°F (-30°C).
• Discharging: Operates in temperatures down to -4°F (-20°C).
But if the cell temperature drops below 32°F (0°C), the battery’s protection system will stop charging. To fix this, let the built-in Duo Heating Pad System warm up the battery or move it to a warmer place. Once the cell temperature reaches 32°F (0°C), charging will start again.

What’s the difference between outside temperature and cell temperature?

• Outside temperature is the air temperature around the battery, like 14°F (-10°C) outdoors.
• Cell temperature is the battery’s internal temperature. It changes slower than the outside temperature.
For example, if you bring a cold battery indoors, the cell temperature will take some time to warm up. The cell temperature is what decides if the battery can work.

How Does Self-Heating Work in Extreme Cold?

Powered by DuoHeat Tech, our advanced dual-heating pad system provides 110W of intelligent thermal control. Here’s how they work:
• When the cell temperature drops to 41°F (5°C), the heating pads turn on automatically to warm the cells.
• When the cell temperature reaches 50°F (10°C), the pads turn off.
