During the Renogy Day Sale (from 00:00 BST on 1 June 2026 to 23:59 BST on 30 June 2026), customers who place an order are eligible for our 30-Day Price Protection.

Price Protection applies only to products with the 30-Day Price Protection label.

This guarantee is only valid for identical products, including the same model, SKU, specifications, bundle configuration, and purchase region.

Price Protection does not apply to products affected by pricing errors, products that are not labelled with the “30-Day Price Protection” badge in the product image, or limited-time flash sale items. It also does not apply to platform-exclusive coupons, personalised discount codes, cashback offers, shipping fees, taxes, or prices resulting from any other form of post-discount reductions, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

This Price Protection applies only to price differences on the official Renogy UK website.

If, within 30 days after full payment, you find the same product (same model, specifications, and bundle configuration) at a lower price on the Renogy UK official website, please contact us.

Kindly provide a screenshot and the relevant product link as proof, and we will refund the price difference accordingly.

Renogy reserves the right to refuse any refund request in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of good faith principles under this price protection policy.

Free gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

In rare cases, a technical issue may prevent a qualifying gift from being automatically added to an order. If you qualify for a free gift that is missing from your order, please contact Customer Support with your order number for assistance.

Promotional gifts and giveaway prizes are covered for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 30 days of delivery. Eligible customers may receive a replacement item of equivalent value or a gift card of equivalent value. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
