Return within 30 Days

You may return your product(s) to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Renogy.

For any other reason not listed, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Renogy will NOT accept returns with any modifications to the product as it voids our warranty. Any modified products returned to Renogy will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Can I exchange my Renogy order?

Renogy does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

What about defective or faulty items?

Included in the kit is 2 pieces 200W flexible solar panel, rover Li 40 Amp MPPT solar charge controller. If weight is a concern for your boat, have no fear! Our 400W Flexible panels are thin, lightweight and take up minimal space.

Solar Panel

The Renogy 2x200W Flexible Monocrystalline Solar Panel can provide an average of 2000 Watt-hours of electricity per day (caculates with 5 hours sunlight).
The solar panel suits most curved surfaces as it is bendable within 240 degrees. It weighs only 1/2 of the rigid panel and presents an all-black glare-free appearance.
It is equipped with half-cut PERC cell technology that enhances solar light capture and electrical performance, therefore improving the output efficiency.
This solar panel accomplishes waterproof junction box and solar connectors. Withstand up to 5400 Pa of heavy snow load and up to 2400 Pa of high wind.
The panel comes with pre-drilled mounting holes and 10 AWG 20 Ft long solar connector cables for quick and easy installation.

Charge Controller

Capable of automatically detecting 12V/24V battery systems.
This crucial system component can also work with all popular battery types, such as Sealed, AGM, Gel, Flooded and Lithium.
LCD screen and multiple LED indicators for displaying system operation information; customizable parameters; and error codes.
RS232 port allows the Rover to communicate with the BT-1 Bluetooth module; which can pair with the Renogy DC HOME smartphone app.
Renogy 40Ah charge controller has 4-stage charging (majority, increasing, floating and equalisation) of lead-acid batteries and 2-stage charging (most and increase) for lithium batteries as well as lithium reactivation.
