For Contiguous UK Orders: Processing time can take between 2-3 business days(EXCLUDES HIGHLAND & ISLANDS, OVERSIZED SOLAR PANELS).
For International Orders: Processing time can take between 5-7 business days.

Please kindly note that we may not be able to provide delivery to other European countries outside the United Kingdom due to the terrible COVID-19 for now. Please email us before placing an order. We are so sorry for any inconvience during the global plaguing epidemic.
Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of £200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address..
Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Renogy products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to address within the United Kingdom(EXCLUDES HIGHLAND & ISLANDS, OVERSIZED SOLAR PANELS).
Your order will be processed within approximately one to two "business" days if the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Please reference products' detail page for more specific information.
Note: Any delays in shipping by the carrier (DPD, Royal Mail, Yodel, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) due to weather or any other circumstances is not the responsibility of Renogy.
All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for Two Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Depending on where you’re located, Renogy may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please e-mail us your address at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-7 business days for shipping.
Parcel Not Received
If you didn't receive your package, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 10 days of expected delivery(You can also contact the carrier's local distribution center or Courier to see if the package has been delivered to the wrong place).
At Renogy, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
All returns submitted for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping.*
- Solar panel, charge controller, inverter, wiring, mounting, and accessory returns have a 10% restocking fee.
- Battery returns have a 20% restocking fee.
Renogy will waive the restocking fee and pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees.
*Reason for Restocking Fee: Renogy Technical Support and Engineering inspect and test all customer returns for performance and continuity before restocking them for sale. This fee is not a simple handling fee, but an attempt to cover the labor costs involved with customer returns. Battery returns have a higher restocking fee due to initial high shipping costs due to weight.
Please note that Renogy will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the event of a replacement, Renogy will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part.
If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
For Third-Party Purchases
Thank you for purchasing a Renogy product from one of our approved third-party vendors. Returns and refunds for purchases made through these third-parties (Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, Amazon LLC, etc.) must be handled through the vendor's return policy. Renogy cannot assist in third-party returns and refunds. Renogy can only offer replacements for products still within the warranty period.
