1. How to activate the battery?
 
The battery is shipped in shelf mode. Before using the battery for the first time, please activate the battery with a charge/discharge current greater than 1A and measure the terminal voltage to validate. Prior to long periods of storage, please disconnect the battery from the system. The battery will enter shelf mode automatically after 24 hours. In shelf mode, the battery has a low self-discharge rate and can hold the charge for a longer period of time.
2. What should I do if the battery shuts off due to low state of charge(SoC)?
 
Please disconnect the battery from loads and charge the battery as soon as possible. Failure to do so may cause irreversible damage to the battery.
3. What type of cell do you use inside the battery?
 
The prismatic cell within the battery has excellent thermal characteristics. It requires less cooling per energy unit when compared to the cylindrical lithium cell format. Additionally, it offers excellent cycle life expectancies even under high and varied loads.
4. How long will your battery last?
 
Our battery is capable of 2000 cycles of perfect charge and discharge, after which the efficiency of the battery will drop to 80% of the factory performance, but it is still very good for your use. If you live a completely off-grid life, calculated at the rate of a full charge and discharge per day, you will be able to use it for more than 5 years.
5. How many batteries can I connect to at most?
 
Please connect your batteries in parallel, we recommend a maximum of 8 batteries in parallel, and our automatic battery balancing system allows you to achieve parallel safely.

Far Superior than standard deep cells

After having this battery on my travel trailer for just about a month, it's far superior than the deep cell it replaced BUT the Bluetooth pairing has stopped working which is a minor inconvenience and now that my 3 week camping trip has come to an end I may reach out to the warranty department. Amazing battery nonetheless though!

I bought this to replace an AGM trolling motor battery on my boat. This battery is perfect as it weighs a whole lot less than the previous battery and now I can check the status and charge from my phone. So far the battery is perfect, this battery should last me a long time.

Easy installation in a group-27 battery box. I added a disconnect switch to side of box. I have this battery installed on an Aliner Ranger 10. It replaced a dealer-provided lead acid battery. Among the best features is the Bluetooth cell phone app, "DC home." It is extremely informative. While initially charging, I used my two, 100-watt panels with a Renogy Voyager controller coupled with a 3.5 amp portable charger. The app always showed me in real time the incoming amperage. It also displayed how long before a full charge during the current configuration. Now that the battery is in the camper, the "DC Home" app shows outgoing amps as I use my DC accessories. This information is vital to efficient camping. Although not required, I intend to swap my original converter/charger for a lithium converter/charger. The lead-acid model charges a lithium battery to 80-90%. In the meantime, I can top off the Renogy Bluetooth 100 Ah battery to 100% with my solar panels.
